Include the site domain, what you were trying to do, the approximate time of the issue with your timezone, and any error message. Screenshots can help if you remove private information first.

Do not send passwords, ingest keys, access tokens, or visitor-level data.

Privacy and deletion requests

You can delete a site from the dashboard’s Sites page. For account deletion, access to your personal data, or another privacy request, contact the same support address. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder.
