Operator and scope
Caprail is operated by MAXIMILIAN LEODOLTER, Franz-Maier-Gasse 39/2/12, 2544 Leobersdorf, Österreich. Contact: support@tallyman.io. These terms apply to the Caprail website, analytics service, and plugin.
The service
Caprail records the request and pageview events sent by your site integration and makes analytics available in the dashboard and connected agents. Counts of visitors and classifications of traffic are estimates based on recorded data. Missing events, incomplete identifiers, late events, and automated traffic can affect results. Do not rely on these estimates as the sole basis for a consequential decision.
Free beta and future pricing
Caprail is free during beta. No payment or purchase is offered through the plugin. We will give advance notice before introducing paid plans. Using the free beta does not authorize a future charge; any paid plan will require a separate agreement.
Your account and sites
Use an account and connect only sites you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your account credentials, ingest keys, and connected-agent access secure. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for choosing which events your integration sends and for complying with the privacy and consent requirements applicable to your visitors. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal information in event fields or paths.
Permitted use
Use Caprail lawfully. Do not attempt to access another user’s data, bypass access controls, abuse the service, or disrupt its operation. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect the service or its users, or comply with law.
Data and connected agents
You retain your rights in the data you submit. You authorize Caprail to process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. When you connect Caprail to ChatGPT or another agent and request analytics, the requested results are returned to that provider. Its own terms and privacy settings also apply. Planned product improvement, marketing research, and internal AI training will use only anonymous aggregate statistics; raw visitor or account data will not be used for those purposes or sent to external AI providers for training.
Retention and leaving the service
Analytics events have a 90-day retention period. Daily cleanup removes expired events; removal normally completes within 24 hours after expiry. You may delete a site earlier from the dashboard, which removes its associated analytics from the active database. Stop your integration from sending events when you no longer want to collect data. Contact support@tallyman.io to request account deletion. Backup and other retention details are described in the Privacy Policy.
Beta availability and responsibility
During beta, features may change and interruptions or errors may occur. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free analytics. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The page identifies the current version, and dashboard users are asked to accept an updated version before continuing to use the dashboard. We will give advance notice of paid plans. For questions or support, contact support@tallyman.io.
